Rob Daugherty is the founder and head honcho at BDCon. Rob has worked with technology for over 25 years. He served in the United States Army and was deployed to Iraq for Operation Provide Comfort as a telecommunications specialist. When he came home, he began to further his technology experience as the IT director for an Orlando-based software company. While there, Rob was able to hone his skill as a technology master and soon he was recruited to join accounting giant Arthur Andersen as a member of their Global Server Support Team. When Arthur ran into some...issues (totally not Rob's fault, Google it) Rob decided it was time to strike out on his own and he formed BDCon. Rob's vision was to create a computer consulting firm that focuses on the client first. He knew that was key to long term success. So far he's been right. BDCon continues to grow year after year and Rob has decided not to stop until BDCon takes over the world. Or retirement age, whichever comes first. Rob lives in Sarasota with his lovely wife and two boys.

Chris Rasfeld is the Swiss Army Knife of BDCon. He joined the company in 2004 and quickly became an indispensable part of the team. He started with the company as a service technician and over the years proved himself to be a key person in the operation. Chris is the point person for the support staff. He is the main reason our clients receive industry leading response time. Chris makes sure everyone at BDCon is doing what they're supposed to do, when they're supposed to do it and the way it's supposed to be done. He's a bit of a perfectionist which is probably why our clients love him. Chris lives in Sarasota with his lovely wife.

Curtis Lehman is what we in the business call 'a natural'. He started fixing computers for his friends at the age of 11 and continued on through high school. After graduating, he immediately turned pro and took a computer engineering job. Curtis then decided to strike out on his own. He worked as a contractor for Dell for several years before spending some time working with a large tax preparation firm. Curtis is one of our busiest techs. He showed us early on just how efficient he is on service calls and he quickly realized that was a mistake because now we work his fingers to the bone. He might be begging for mercy at the end of the day but our clients love him. Curtis shows up on time, is really pleasant to work with and gets the job done right. Occasionally, we let Curtis spend time with his awesome Wife of 15+ years and his two boys. Curtis has also personally raised over $100,000 for cancer research through Relay for Life.

Sam Espy is our remote support specialist and has been with us since 2007. Sam is a highly polished IT professional with a unique ability to relate to our clients in plain English. Our clients rave about his ability to solve their issues in a timely fashion and with a great attitude. We really like having Sam on our team and we think you will too.

In a world where Barbie can't be a computer design engineer without needing a man's help, Leslie has stepped forward to prove that world is wrong. Providing the Yin to the predominantly male BDCon staff's Yang, Leslie trained for many years in the solitude of the forest until she could hear the sound of one hand clapping and confirmed that a tree does indeed make a sound when falling even when no one is there to hear it. When Bill Gates tested her, she was able to not only snatch the circuit chip from his hand but also told him that it was outdated and incompatible with the current version of Office. Leslie set out to seek her true destiny in IT. She helped build the first railroad across the continental United States and then spent some time in the finance and construction fields. After growing tired at the lack of challenge, she has joined BDCon in order to concentrate on her ultimate goal of "mind over IT."

Keith Peterson started working with computers at the young age of 8. It all started with the family's home computer that needed to be reloaded with Windows 95. He would watch his dad reload the computer over and over with all of the floppy disks and wonder how it all worked. Pretty soon it became a competition to be better than him. Every time something would break on that old PC, Keith would work and work at it until he was able to fix the issue. Being as stubborn as he is, there weren't many problems that went unsolved. Keith has had over 6 years of professional IT experience and continues to develop his skills each day. He is adept at troubleshooting various windows issues (desktop and server) and has experience with network set up/troubleshooting.
